Using EPC’s proprietary Sentiment Analysis tool, TrueSight; We took on the responsibility of assisting the Ministry of Home Affairs Malaysia in determining the social sentiment of our Home Minister. We scoured through several controversial topics that were highly conversed on social media to extract meaningful insights. Through thematic labelling and sentiment analysis, we were able to arrive on hypothesis that set the tone for key advisories and next steps, to better position themselves in the social landscape.
